3 cups cooked sweet potatoes 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 2 beaten eggs 1 t vanilla 1/2 cup Carnation (more if needed) Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole. Topping: 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup flour Sprinkle topping over potatoes and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
